Need to be fair to ALL clients. By passing me & helping the one behind me is not fair. Also EVERYONE in reservation line should be helped first before the ones in walk-in line. One other thing, couple of drivers behind me in reservation line got tired of waiting (we could see how quickly walk-in line was being helped), went to the service desk & got their paperwork done while I’m sitting patiently for my turn. All I want is Fair & Equal treatment.
Other than that Rochelle, Alan & Nonnie gave very good customer service & let me vent about the preferential treatment some got.
