i showed up at 0830, i only needed my passenger air bags done because it was recalled. On the paper that i got handed back, it stated “PROMISED” by 1100, i ended up staying for 3 HOURS. I understand you guys get many customers but don’t use the word ‘promised by’ if it’s gonna be longer. That was my first experience at Spreen Honda and i’m probably never going back. Thank you for considering my input.

The lot gentlemen / service drive attendants come across very unfriendly, rude, disinterested in the customer. It really comes across like the customers are inconveniencing them from visiting with each other or from their texting/ playing on their cell phone….. the service advisors have always been professional, courteous , and helpful
