This past time I brought my car to spreen I was told by the guy outside checking the cars to go in to be helped. He said it would be faster then waiting outside. So I proceeded to go in and walk up to the counter. The man at the counter had just got off the phone. I said hi and he said you’re supposed to wait outside. (Kind of irritated that I was at the counter). Melina said you can come down here and I will help you. So I walked down to her and the man said are you sure I was just about to help her. I apologized for coming in and she said it’s not a big deal and proceeded to help me. I’ve had her a few times in the past and he’s always so nice. She is one of the best service workers you have!! Thank you Melina!

I received a ride call from Melina Wilson.
I had service at the Redlands Spreen Honda on 9/29/19.
When I noticed it was 3:15, and hadn't yet received a call that my car was ready, knowing they closed at 4:00, I called and inquired about my car's status. I spoke with a man, I believe his name was Danny. He was extremely helpful, and let me know that my car wasn't yet ready, but would be soon, and I would get a call when it was good to go.
At 3:50, I receive a call from Melina. She told me who she was, and then very rudely asks me if I knew they closed at 4:00, and if I was going to pick up my car or not. Then told me I needed to pay over the phone. I told her that I called, and was told my car wasn't ready. She said that wasn't the case, my car had been ready for a very long time, and asked me again if I was going to pay over the phone. She was extremely rude, did not apologize at all, and I felt like I was being harassed because I wasn't there to pay her before she promptly left by 4:00. When she quickly transfered me to the payment counter, the woman who took my payment seemed very flustered, and unprepared, like Melina threw the payment on her too quickly.
When I picked up my car at about 4:10, Melina was not there anymore. Danny gave me my keys, and was very respectful and listened to my frustrations. He even took a look at my A/C when my boyfriend asked for his opinion.
I haven't had bad service at this dealer before, but after receiving this phone call, I felt very uncomfortable taking my car in again, or even going to pick it up that day. I also felt uncomfortable making an over the phone payment, since I hadn't yet seen the work done on my car, or got a confirmation on what all was done.
Melina was also the woman who checked me in, and when she did so, I asked her about a coupon packet I received in the mail, I said "I brought this, I can't tell if any of these are coupons or prices?" And she looked at it, just across the table, and said "some are" and continued to type and ignore my inquiry. At that point, I shrugged the rudeness off thinking that she was simply having a bad day. My plan was to ask about the coupon again before I paid, bust since she had me pay over the phone,I did not get that chance.

I am very unhappy with my experience. Your dealership has been giving me the run around in regards to fixing my car to the point that I had to contact your VP Matt Humphrey. The members at the service department do not care to listen when I’m speaking, they continuously speak over as if they are right. I’m am very upset and disappointed in this experience and your dealership.
