I came in for my first oil change and tire rotation since purchasing my car. Adam was very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job as my service advisor!!!
Also, I wanted to say thank you to the guy who greeted me in the service drive the next day when I had to pop back over there again because my "low tire pressure" light came on that morning on my way to work. He and the mechanic took care of me very quickly, and I appreciated that very much... so thank you to them, as well.

I felt that the recall issues on the car were the reasons for some other issues that I was told couldn’t be fixed because the passenger airbag went off causing the Drivers seatbelt to get jammed. I was told that because the airbag was deployed there was nothing you could do but knowing how only the passenger airbag went off with barely a tap on the back of the car that caused absolutely no damage to the car and also while no one was in the passenger seat. Don’t feel safe driving the car.
But we did appreciate having the other two recalls checked out.
