At my last visit I requested the 100,000 mile service along with the alternator change. I was told that I received that. Today I Was told that I still needed spark plugs and points for the 100000 mile service. I find this deceitful. I was I. Today for an oil change and I feel very deceived. I was given a free oil change but I should have received the service that I had requested and am very disappointed In the deception. I have purchased 5 new cars from Spreen and had all my services done there. As a loyal customer, I deserve honesty!
