I had a wonderful experience on my last visit at Spreen Honda. I went in to have service on my Accord and the part was not in stock but another dealership had the part so I went to pick it up and Jesse M. mentioned he can have it installed for me if I brought the part back to Spreen Honda. I could have had it installed at the other dealership but chose to go back to Spreen because of Jesse and his professionalism and made me feel important as a customer. Jesse is a true asset to the company and in my opinion one of the best employees you have. Thanks

I went to Spreen the weekend before to get my oil changed. I had called in the morning to see how long of a wait there was. I was told 3 1/2 hours. I was told to call back at 1:pm to see how they were doing, which I did. A female answered the service departments phone. She said if I was there before 2:00pm they could do it. I raced from North Fontana. I was there by 1:30pm and was turned away! I’m not very happy about the waste of time and gas. I really do wish that Spreen would go back to making appointments for oil changes. It seemed to run much smoother.
