Car service was excellent. I was uncomfortable with waiting room. No sanitation wipes or Hand sanitizers. The restroom was unclean. Service attendant was not wearing gloves when the car was brought back to me.

I have been having an issue with my A/C for a long time and it has not been fun driving in the heat. I brought my vehicle in at Spreen Honda for a maintenance and brought up the A/C issue. Ric was the biggest help with the biggest heart. He did everything he could do to help me out. I left that day very happy as I will not have to suffer from the heat anymore. Thank you so much.
