Went in for an oil change that is all. An Oil change is all I ask for. The representative continued to try and upsell me. Even though I stated I only wanted a oil change. I did not have time for a transmission filter change I did not have time for anything else. I explained I did not have any time. However they kept trying to upsell me on what I was not there for. I asked for an oil change I only wanted a oil change. I completely understand in a retail environment he try to get the customer for as much money as possible by upselling. Just let it be known. Asking once is enough
