Melina was super helpful. I had to have no contact service. But in drop off and pick up. She worked with to have a plan to ease my tension as I’m not to have any contact with public with Covid19. They fixed up my Honda CR-V. Serviced it. We did everything over the phone. I just got back from picking it up. It was very clean. I totally appreciate Spreen Honda’s Service and Melina’s help. We took in our 2020 Honda Civic as we heard a noise. I wasn't contacted in order to proceed with the repairs. The next I'm told was unless we paid the $150.00 the vehicle wasn't going to be returned to us. We never authorized it but was put in a jam. It caused a huge argument between my husband and I as he got paid tomorrow and I suggested he take care of it then. He had to apply for credit and it's how we were able to get our vehicle back. I dislike how things were handled although we made the best didn't like the choice being made for me as I could have found a cheaper rate and second opinion but due to the circumstances repairs were forced upon us. Possibly, due to COVID-19 and the lack of resources. I was able to rebound but I wasn't happy about not being informed properly. After which, Tony did explain the issue as it's a fairly new vehicle. We put $60 down and the rest on a payment plan.
