Honda knows Hondas, so I'm going right by bringing my car in to the dealership anyway. I know no one is perfect but Spreen is consistently willing to solve all problems with the car. So I appreciate the peace of mind and would rather be there than take it to the dealer 35 miles closer to my home.

Sat in the car for a good 10mins before anyone assisted me. It wasn’t until I asked that anyone responded. The chubby guy with a beard even moved me forward to reposition my car but no attendant came until I asked the Asian guy to come and help me. I go there often and don’t wait this long. I would understand if u were busy but the valets were chilling
