I showed up pre-quarantine to explain they put the wrong tire on—for the second time—and it was triggering my tpms alarm. They gave some bs about tire pressure which I said wasn’t the case because I had been filling it to the same tire pressure since I bought the car. Post quarantine it took me another 4-5 tries going in—each time assured they ordered the correct tired and I’d receive a call, email and text. Never happened. The last time I went in, possibly Sept 8 2020, I finally received a call I missed. But when I stopped by they had the correct tire. But several times beforehand I was told my psi was wrong and that was the problem. I work full-time and a part-time job and don’t have all the time in the world to stop in all the time to get a single tire swapped out for the correct one. I have laundry and dinner like everyone else and two jobs. So 0-10 on this rating.
