When I mentioned my coupon, the employee was quick to tell me it was probably for an older car and that it wouldn’t work. I showed him the $49.99 oil change coupon and he said it wasn’t valid because of the oil type I needed. He pretty much folded the coupon back up and handed it back. I opened it again and asked if the 10% off any service would work. Reluctantly, he said he would apply it at the end. I sat and down and read the coupon again. The oil change coupon did not specify a specific oil type. I was annoyed at his attitude and felt dismissed. It was 7 am and I hoped for better customer service. This is the 2nd time I have been treated poorly at this location. In my opinion, he should have looked at each coupon from the mailer to help me. Instead, he was very quick to shut me down. Not okay!
