I was told they would be expecting me to give and program my #2 key. No one knew anything. I had to wait until they could get a approval. I was also told I would get the key a week after my purchase. It took well over 2. I had to follow up because I had not heard from anyone.

I appreciate Adam’s efficiency. He was quick in responding and getting my vam taken care of. I was sad that Melina Wilson had left this location. However, I am glad that we found Adam. As my minivan is 9 years old it does require more maintenance. I like having one service representative as my go to as this helps with troubleshooting issues that may come up with the vehicle.

I took my 2018 Honda Odyssey for an oil change and they found an error code that indicated I needed a brake flush. I told him I could not afford the brake fluid flush and he said " that is what.the error code says and your car needs it. I feel like he left me with no options. I approved the work and an hour oil change turned into a 3 hour stay at the dealership.
