Everyone was right on task and very courteous!!! Wait time was a bit longer than estimated. They said one hour and it took an hour and half. Also when I received my car it was semi washed and back of my car was smeared dirt. I would rather not have a car wash if that is going to happen again . But service was great!

I was supposed to receive a call when the replacement evaporator came in and did not hear anything until I came in to ask in person 3 months later. This delay in service caused my warranty to expire as I was over the mileage when I returned. I found out the part was in stock. I was told they would take 2-3 days to replace the evaporator and XM antenna that was damaged, when the 1st evaporator was replaced. I was told that there were no loaner vehicles available and I explained I would wait for one. While waiting i noticed many employees as well as a few customers walking around the waiting area with no masks. After 6 hours I saw a loaner pull in get washed and then it was given to someone else that arrived 4 hours after me. I then saw another one in the parking lot and when I asked about I was told to calm down like I was a child while he figured it out. I literally just said what about that one. Tony then asked the other service advisors where the keys were which he was then told, in front of me, to tell me they had none on the property. Tony explained that I was the one that found it so that answer would not work, he also explained I had been waiting all day. After a little back and forth between them they eventually gave me the loaner that had been there all morning, while I waited. The evaporator was replaced and they discovered the compressor was also bad, they previously told me they tested the compressor and found no issues. I was told they had the compressor in stock and it would be approx $1100. I asked about the issue of having to wait for the call regarding the evaporator and was told sorry nothing we can do about my expired warranty, in my opinion this should have been caught when they tested it previously, or it would have been discovered if they replaced the evaporator within a normal timeframe, as they said they would. I explained I would discuss it with my wife and would call back. I was told no worries that they had the part ready to go so take my time. After 20 min I called Honda Care and explained the situation and they said they would cover it. I then called Tony back and told him Honda Care was approving it and they just needed him to call to verify, Tony said he would call me back to tell me what was going on. I received no call again. The next day I got the text the car was ready and all repairs done. When I arrived I found out the compressor was not installed and was told they could not get a hold of Honda care. During the wait the compressor that was in stock was installed on a different vehicle. Tony said he would order the part and would have the Honda care approval figured out by Monday or Tuesday the following week, when he would give me a call to update me. I asked him you will for sure call next week, as he told me that before and I never heard anything, to which he replied absolutely, he would for sure call the next week. After I left I called Honda care and within 2 minutes they answered and told me that no one had contacted them and that they were waiting for Tony or his supervisor to call. I heard nothing over the next week as discussed. It is now 10 days later and I still have yet to hear anything. I tried calling today and was put on hold for 15 min before I hung up and called back to be told Tony left early due to an emergency, which is understandable, but why was I put on hold if he was not there? I spoke with Jesse after that and he unfortunately could not see my file so he said he would put a sticky note on Tony's monitor so he would call me first thing tomorrow 2/25. This is frustrating because I was told this before, and never heard anything from Tony or anyone else. Jesse was polite and apologized for the situation and about the lack of a call after I explained what was going on.

They did not reset the oil life indicator and we had to go back to have them reset today. Such an inconvenience. Also forgot to wash car after service was done and we had to wait to have it washed. Did not have sticker ready which they usually put after an oil change is done.

I was VERY disappointed w Spreen bc a first time oil change took 3 plus hours bc somehow my car was put in wrong line . I work full time w HHope program as an outreach worker so my time off is precious to me and my family . Get it together Honda !! However Jess the intake person was very apologetic and offered to do a free tire rotation next visit if I come back .. This is poor customer service !! Very upset and a bad experience my coworkers will be hearing about :(
