I wish I knew at the appointment I needed new tires for my rear I didn’t know until I left the site I was going through the paperwork and saw that I needed the tire if I would of been told that after they looked at it I would of got it done as well I would of bought two tires I was there early in the day. I called Honda and asked the clerk he said I could come back in a week and get it done the point I didn’t want to do! I was going out of town with my two toddlers the whole time I was stressing when I was driving I don’t have free time to just go to the dealership when I wish because I have toddlers but other than that the service was great!

Im not satisfied. Wake-up early just to go there as early before 7am. They dont fixed the problem on my trunk. They replaced the whole bar that hold the trunk assy then after a week, unusual noise, squeeking sounds on the trunk bar. Rochelle Roberts said, according to the technician or the one who handles my car, datesld march 13 2019 Saturday. ITS NORMAL. So when i compared to my friends who owns the Si coupe also. No unusual noise on his trunk while closing/ opening on the trunk. Please let them know this.Thanks
