Karl was great! My windshield was replaced very quickly and I was able to have a loaner car. Karl made sure to alert me as soon as the car was ready. I really appreciate the great service I always get from Honda.

My experience with Collin Barker was very unsettling. He was very disrespectful and did nothing to address my concerns regarding prior service that was completed at Honda of Katy dealership. When I asked him who his authority was to address the issue with them he informed me that he didn’t have a boss & he was his own boss... when speaking with him via phone & face to face he called me a liar, insinuating that I was only trying to get free services done to my car. I intrusted Honda of Katy with my car & it has not driven the same since I have driven off of the car lot. Because of the poor service I received at Honda of Katy I now have to replace a tire that prior to going to the dealership was in good condition. I have informed everyone I know or make contact with who has a Honda to avoid Honda of Katy and will continue spreading the same message because of the horrible experience I had at the dealership. Sadly the day before all of this happened I was on the lot of Honda of Katy looking to trade in my 2016 Honda Accord for something newer & my planned immediately changed..

Service department messed up tire on my car & didn’t take responsibility for their mistake. They still haven’t replaced the tire. I have informed everyone I know who receive services at Honda of Katy of the incident and the treatment I received as a customer. I refuse to spend another penny with this dealership.

Denzel greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, he was so courteous & professional, got me set up & ready to go, explained all that he thought they were going to do, even asked if I would like to have it washed and told me they would have all done in an hour, and off they went...and I went to pay for the tire rotation...the young lady at the counter was really nice. Walked outside, Denzel was w/another customer, as they were extremely busy, another very nice gentleman Eric was there to help me, opened the door for me & said he was there to ck and see if all mnt lights were off, thought they were, but 1/2 way home tire light came on, guess after the rotation, they forgot to reset TPMS...good thing I know about tires or, might have gotten freaked! All in all happy w/the oil change...k about the tires, even got the car back in a little early....my car was REALLY dirty, I bought it there & they forgot to wash it?? They offered to was it right away, I had another appointment and that wasn’t possible, they all apologized and I appreciate that really, but the point is, it didn’t get done. Everything else was great, the staff (Denzel, Eric & the nice young lady at the desk) that helped me were really great! I’ll be back...just probably not for a wash

We dropped our Honda Odyssey off on 8/18 due to one of the sliding doors not operating correctly. This is a recurring issue that we have had with the door. I hope dropping it off the issue happened immediately. However, we later got a call that nothing was wrong and there was nothing they could do. We requested they continue diagnostic testing as this was a major issue that had been going on for months and only getting worse. Josh called later and saying d they would fix the lock actuator ad it would be available Monday or Tuesday. My wife went on Tuesday evening with all 3 of our kids to pick up the van and after transferring car seats and waiting around the door had the exact same issue that we brought it in for. Josh came out to look and found another problem with The door. We were once again put in a loaner and told the door would be fixed. Three days later Honda still has our car and we had heard nothing from Josh about what was going on. My husband called to figure things out and was told the van could be picked up. While we are glad the issue was eventually taken care of the customer service was severely lacking. When we arrived to pick up the car we waited quite awhile because they couldn’t find our van. Josh had not put the correct tag number in the system. The issue was not taken care of the first time and there was no follow-up on what was going on. This was our first experience with Honda of Katy and if it weren’t for having Honda care I don’t think we would return.
