Acura is supposed to be a luxury brand. Here’s how I see it:
1) Took a week to get an appointment for a security system that doesn’t already come with the vehicle;
2) No demonstration to show how effective the system is;
3) Took an hour to install when I witnessed about 30 minutes of actual work (technician stopped to work on another vehicle);
4) Wasn’t notified about a car wash until 7 minutes after I’d already left.
