Matt was great. He provided great customer service. My concern is on the actual service checks done. I had oil change and the report that came back says My Air filters are yellow. That is impossible because I had changed them a few hours before visiting Spreen for oil change. I don’t think the service crew even looked at the filters otherwise they would be marked as green. My husband is very concerned that thorough checks are not being done. We’d like to get brakes done next, but worried that something could be overlooked.
