I haven't heard a single word back. I was told that my car would be repaired within 7 to 10 days and it has been about a month now. Not sure on exact timing, please check the dates but I have been waiting and waiting and not one single update. At least three to four weeks since my first discussion with your company.

When I bought the truck in January the oil was overfilled. I drained nearly a gal to get it to the full level I had to do this the night before a long trip when I noticed it. For my first oil change I complained that they overfilled, they gave me a "free" one, then they overfilled my oil again!!!! And the "New" oil was already black - are they only partially draining? Are they even changing the filter??? I again had to drain it to the full level. I called to try and cancel my service plan but the person was apparently not in at the time. If they can't seem to fill the right amount of oil, a set amount clearly stated in the manual, how can I be sure they are even checking anything else properly? Please have someone contact me to refund my service plan as I would like to go somewhere else. Thanks, Tim Christianson ****-****-xxxx
