I brought my car in for an issue covered by GMC regarding my steering. I was called and informed that my struts locked up and needed to be replaced. Refused the repair. Pretty sad that my vehicle left your service department needing more work then it came in for not to mention the VERY bumpy ride home. I truly believe that it's not the car salesman but the service department that sells me on buying a car from a dealership. We would love to buy our next vehicle from your dealership but with hesitation after this experience.
