Gaby was out to lunch when I came in a few minutes early for my appointment, so Jay Khan provided a helping hand. He was wonderful! when I came to pick up my vehicle Gaby had stepped away and Jay filled in again. Exceptional service. I was still there and he saw me and brought Gaby over so that I could meet her, again exceptional and professional. Excellent team work!!!! I can say that in meeting and talking with her I will enjoy the experience of having my vehicle serviced there. They are both very professional and provided exceptional service!

One of the improvements I would like to see expedited is, that Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria car owners, whom have complied with recommended maintenance services throughout ownership, like I have, should be offered "Extended Warranty Arrangements".
