Roger is great! Always helpful, personable, and attentive. He’s why we keep coming back for service! We’re pleased with the actual work done by the mechanic too but it’s the personal relationship with Roger that makes all the difference!

Sherry is fabulous..I get excellent service from her. Hertz..not so muc. I asked for a smoke free vehicle and got a car that was not smoke free and had leftover food inside and hadn’t been cleaned. I did let Sherry know and she expedited my service so I didn’t need to be in the rental for too long.
