My van took 24 hours longer than the estimated time. This wouldn't be a big deal but I did not receive adequate communication about that. I also received a text with a punch list of more items deemed "critical" today. After reviewing the list, all the items were marked denied despite me not interacting with it at all. Further, several items on the list were things that should be covered by my maintenance plan and they were not marked as such. Including at least one item that should have been done at the 20k mile maintenence but wasn't. Overall, while every one was polite and gracious, communication about what was happening was terrible.
