My service at Hill Country Honda was great. I was at another Honda dealership early that day and they gave me the run around. I went to HC Honda and they were very helpful and were able to accommodate me same day and I was in and out within an hour verses 3 hours I was quoted at the last dealership. Best customer service.

Normally I would feel cheated and of course dealerships have this image of overcharging people and taking advantage of their customers, but in this situation I understood the condition of my tire and it was explained well. Chris was fantastic. However - and this has nothing to do with Chris - I had called to make my appointment more than a week in advance. I don’t know the service person I spoke with, but we spent several minutes discussing the details of the work I needed done and the cost estimate. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM on 9/17. When I arrived Chris had no idea I was coming. Didn’t know my name or why I was there. We had to go inside and get on the computer to find the details. My suggestion: if a customer makes an appointment make sure the greeters or staff on shift know who’s coming and why. A little frustrating to have made the appointment and then be questioned as if I was a walk-in upon arriving. Otherwise, excellent prompt service. Quality work. Thanks!
