We brought our car in for an issue with the ac, the person that helped us, Aaron Soliz was rude and unhelpful. He was argumentative and spoke rudely. We were told we would have a year of service for our car with no questions asked, so the fact that he argued with me and was degrading towards the issue with my car contradicts your policies and promises. He did not offer any help. He didn't offer the shuttle service, when we had asked for a loaner and was informed there wasn't one. Our car was not washed like promised it would be.
