Service was done but dude lost my keys and didn’t seem to care about it. I had already been there for 3 hours and my representative had to leave his desk to look for them. Service man wasn’t concerned about where my keys were and just went back to work. I was told my battery was bad and when I got home I tested it and it was fine. So not too happy about being lied to. Yes the battery had some corrosion but once cleaned it passed just fine. Other than that Blake was really nice and informative. He’s just the messenger so I don’t blame him for the battery issue. Glad he took his time to find my keys that the service man could have stopped chatting to his buddy to look for.

Mike was nice. It just took a really long time. I was quoted 2.5 hours with an 8:30 drop off. I was just a few minutes behind maybe 5 but he was still working with another customer so I waited which was fine. He came to assist me and it was weird a woman wearing a brown jumpsuit came over twice to ask which car was mine. Then I waited for the shuttle and this was actually really good. The driver was away when I arrived. When he came back I was in the group that he took. Another woman in my area had been waiting for a while but she lived near me so I was able to ride with her group. I arrived to pick up my vehicle at 1. I had checked in for an update around 11:3” and was told my car was finishing up. I arrived around 12:30 and Mike was unsure if my car was ready. He checked and my car WAS ready but he had to do all type of paperwork. It was 12:45 when I got to leave. Almost 2 hours later than it should have. It may have not been a big deal normally but I had a LOT to do yesterday so this was even more frustrating.

I was not pleased at all. My time was wasted by bringing my car down just to have it sit there and get nothing done on it . I just recently bought a 2007 Honda Pilot from your dealership. When i drove it home and noticed that it need a wheel bearing. I called to have an appointment they said bring it in they would check it out . Then the used car sales man Sean Scott told them not to do any work on it. There is no comincation in your dealership total confusion. On top of that your sales man was rude to me about the process. Since your dealership wouldn’t fix the vehicle I did it my self, just to find out that if needed front brakes so much for the safety inspection. The whole process was terrible and I won’t be using any of your services ever again. JONATHAN L

My maintenance pack said my car was getting the synthetic 0w20 oil, but my receipt shows 5w30. A bit confused, but Brandon did an excellent job and I'm just not sure where this oversight occurred. I was going to call tomorrow, but then I got this and now I won't forget.
