Didnt feel my truck was important worth the trip to the dealership.
I got a oil change and had a issue with my rear end and took 6 hours to do a road balance. It is ab inconvenience not having your vehicle. To make matters worse i was in the area near the dealer and i see my truck is just sitting there. Rep said it only needed a test drive after the hours it had aldeady been there. I think having my vehicle from 7 in the morning until 230 for an oil change and road balance/test drive. Rep didnt see it was important.

Service is good. The only thing that you guys as a whole could work on is the over all quickness of the service. I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours to get my oil changed.
