Rene was great when I dealt with him however when I picked up my vehicle it was with another advisor who failed to let me know my engine has a leak! He told me about my tires. About my brakes. Both of which were good. But an engine leak he never once mentioned and I had to read it for myself. I called and spoke to Doug the foreman and we scheduled an appt for Monday.

I didn't have an appointment when I came and I didn't want to get anyone but Jose. Each time I'm there he takes good care of me. When Jose was off I was given to someone who never checked me in, gave me a status while I was waiting, let me know that my car was ready or check me out. I saw everyone leave that arrived at the same time I did and couldn't figure out why I wasn't leaving too. The person I was assigned to either didn't know my car was ready or didn't care. When I saw my car ready after seeing everyone leave I asked to be checked out. They asked who was the person servicing me, I said I didn't know as he never talked to me at all. I was checked in and out basically by a runner

Honestly all I got to say is that if Julie spickerman didn’t work there I wouldn’t be taking my care for service there. She is amazing and is straight forward with any problems I might have. I had a bad experience with a guy that works there I felt he was just trying to sell me anything and everything I didn’t need it was frustrating but Julie is someone I can trust and also helps me with my appointments that truly work for me. She’s awesome. I did recommend her to 2 people I know and they agree with me. She truly is the best. It’s nice to get help from a woman to woman.
