It took 2 hours for an oil change and a recall repair. They also allegedly washed my vehicle but my windshield he’d lots of dead bug guys on it.
I advised the lady that took care of me that day and she said she’d tell the car wash person. If you’re going to offer the FREE car wash then wash the vehicle but don’t waste my time. I arrived at 0645 and left at 0850. I was the FIRST person there. TWO hours was very unreasonable. Second time I’ve had BAD service there.
