I had my 3rd oil change with Avondale Nissan since I bought my vehicle last June (2018). Even with appointments made, it has taken 2.5-4+ hours for a simple oil change each time.

My car’s maintenance alert was not reset. It usually wouldn’t be a big deal but they were closing and it took what felt like forever to get it fixed. The paper mat, plastic and key number was not removed either. I’ve had better service. None the less, everyone was polite and helpful.
