Dominique listened to and took about the issues our Altima was having and was able to help resolve a long on going problem. He was able to negotiate a low price even though our Warranty was passed. It was such a relief to finally get the car running like it should have been.

Upon my arrival 30mins early I stood by my car for 2 mins no ever approached me I walked in to see 3 guys towards the reception area that we’re siting just chatting among each other never asking if I needed help or anything the four guy was helping a Spanish speaking customer it was till he was done with her that he ask if he could help me about 3 mins later funny enough I was reading your customer goals of a 2 minute wait clear false advertising only thing is you all must get lots of business that you don’t care about customer service finally I talk with Dominic explain what I was there for and would be waiting he gave me both time of car wash or with out I told I’ll be waiting yes please wash it 1:45 later exactly what time he said the car would be service and wash as I was exiting toward my car I noticed my car was not wash I went back and you’d Dominic and he ready didn’t have anything to say but bring it another day so very unpleased with my experience there today I really felt like I’m just a number no recommendation for tires very disappointed ??
