Although I received exceptional service I was observing the service department through the windows provided in the waiting room, And I noticed a lot of the technicians were very young and there was a concern because there was a lot of horse play, Especially the first four bays on the left. I was concerned because of safety issues and their lack of concentration of the job at hand. Rene is an exceptional service advisor who will go way out of his way for the customer Avondale Nissan should be very proud to have him on their staff.
