Julie the service advisor as usual is courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional, she always gets me in at the time of my choosing and gets me out on time. No one could give me any update about my vehicle that day. He would message with vague details. Maybe I got that type of service because everything was under warranty? I did not receive any feedback from my service rep. His coworkers helped me finding out the status of my car. I requested my car be cleaned. It was not. I was there for 3 hours, which was far longer than I was quoted. I was having routine service. Very disappointed.
