Laurie was really helpful, pleasant and concise with what was going on with my passat and what they would be fixing and a time frame on how long it would take. After the service to my vehicle was complete she hreeted me explained again what had been fixed and what might need to be taken care of at a later date and then left me with my paperwork a smile and a free carwash man what doesnt the service department do for their clients!!!! Thank you Haselwood VW for the amazing service you guys are amazing!!!!!
