Pamela Richards is amazing, she has great customer service. Over the course of the 2 days that Ford had my car, she kept in contact with me and helped me secure a rental. She even called me from her personal cell to make sure I got her voicemail about the rental reservation!!

I paid for a service contract. Last time I was in for service the service department said they would honor expired contracts. Well they did not. I had to pay full price. U will be taking my truck somewhere else from now on. Also got a vehicle wash when in for service. No longer do that.

Took a while to schedule the appointment because the online site wasn’t working for a while (it was redirecting me to the lynwood Mazda to book online) and I could not get ahold of anybody on the phone or get a call back from the texting function. I gave up for a while and when I tried again the website was working and once the appointment was actually booked, everything went great.

It was the worst experiece I ever experienced. I was told I might have to pay for an air bag recall replacement that went bad February 4, 2020. Airbag light came on as soon as I left the parking lot. I can docoment with pnone records I called the dealership immediately. I was told I may have to pay to fix the problem. I asked to see the msnager and he declined to see me. You think I will ever go back there for service much less by my next Ford Truck? I have only owned Fords my whole life and bought my 85-1/2 **** in 1986and first Ranger in 1988 from them. Chelsea is amazing! She always treats me like i’m her #1 customer which i really appreciate. I’ve had my vehicle there for warranty work, three for the same issue. While I should be Infuriated about the issues i’m having with a brand new vehicle, she keeps me grounded. When i picked up my car yesterday, i discovered a dent in my car that was not there before. She quickly came out, owned the issue and is working on resolving the dent. Please do everything possible to keep her, you have a rock star!
