Poor communication in letting me know the status of my car. 1 hour oil change turned into a 5 hour visit with getting new brake pads which I understand was not planned, but there was no communication given to me and instead I had to wait 3 hours just to be given a loaner vehicle. My understanding was that by waiting, my car was currently being worked on and thought it would be done within the 3 hours which I was fine waiting for. Instead no one checked on me to update that they had NOT began working on my car. I had to go up and ask when my car was going to be ready which is where I learned it wasn’t even started on. I understand the short staff but in those situations make it a priority to communicate with customers who had to change around their entire day. After this service, it is more than likely I will not be returning.
