Chelsea was amazing, she listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful, friendly and explained things well. She followed up with me on the status of my truck and when to expect it to be done. I do have a couple of issues with how the tech / dealership handled some things. 1st - I explained that the two outside back up sensors on my truck malfunction during heavy rain. Instead of taking my word for it and just replacing them, the tech “tested” them and said they couldn’t reproduce the problem. Of course the problem couldn’t be reproduced, it’s not raining. Chelsea did tell me if the problem continued to bring it back, but why should I have to take time out of my busy schedule when it rains next time to schedule another appointment when I know it’s going to happen again because it has happened EVERY time it rains heavy for the past couple of months. Second item was more of an irritation than anything, the tech unplugged the charging cable to my dash cam which requires changing the mount angle. That’s there for my safety and the safety of everyone who drives my truck. Unplugging the dash cam doesn’t stop it from recording, it has an internal battery, all it did was cause me to have to re-adjust the camera angle and plug it back in. Otherwise, the truck drives great, and I am happy with the service. I will be back, the service was otherwise good. Just a couple of takeaways from my visit. Chelsea keep up the great work!

The sales department needs to perform as well as the service Dept. I bought a new 350 from a competitor because the west hills sales staff we not helpful in finding a truck to buy, only motivated to sell what was on your lot. The Ford dealership competition found a truck and routed to their dealership that met my needs. The service depot is organized, polite and customer focused.

Your customer service is impeccable. Jeffrey was very pleasant in the scheduling process. Brenda is very nice to deal with and very good at her job. I’m a little unsure of how you come up with pricing on work needed. In the two times I’ve been in for small issues I’ve been asked to fix up to $13k on my 1996 truck. It’s a concern for me and the main reason while I’ll be looking for a new mechanic. I’m not upset and I’m not looking for anyone to reach out to me. If anything you should look into that process. It has flaws in my opinion. Thank you.
