Calvin went the extra mile to try and solve the problem with the seat heater.
Unfortunately it wasn’t resolvable, but we appreciated his efforts.

Chris was great. No complaints with his service. My only suggestion is that there should be a waiting area like a bench or seats for customers waiting to be seen. I was waiting standing for about 15 minutes until I was seen by a service advisor. I have no problem standing but elderly customers might prefer seating. Everyone appears to be very busy and seems to be avoiding talking to me as they were walking by and didn’t ask if somebody already spoke to me.

Sat there for 4 hours for an oil change and mazda connect update. Asked for 5% senior discount, provided, but exact amount $8.82 added as shop supplies. Also quoted $40 for an air filter and $40 for new wipers...$10.00 at costco. I will not be back...

I was satisfied with almost everything. However, I was told my truck is leaking oil, but it wasn’t noted where the oil was leaking from. My next question was, how low was the oil when I brought it in? I did not get a direct answer. Now I am concerned for my truck that is only 4 years old being that is only has one year left on the 5 year warrantee.
