We purchased a car from here & not one week later, it needed a new power steering pump. This wasn’t covered in the warranty we purchased. Alex made sure it was taken care of & got it all done & back to us in one day!

Poor customer service, poor communication, no status update. When I walked up to a service rep at his station he liked at me like I had a third eye clearly annoyed by my imposition. Said a minute and walked away never to return. QThe young guy who did help me tried but was pretty lost. My experience sucked.

This was the third visit for the same code. The part is in stock, but they would not install it because of “ not enough time”. This seems unprofessional considering I this is the third time I have been there and the last time was the 31st of December and today was the 2nd of January. I would have made every effort to get the work done to Satisfy the customer. You have a monopoly on warranty work customer service should still be the highest priority. Austin was pleasant to work with. I just didn’t feel like I was a priority.

I was happy with the service writer. The tires were rotated but tire pressure was not changed. New wiper blades make noise. So I checked the oil level because of no trust it was done right and guess what it was filled to the lowest level possible. Barely over the safe level. Very unhappy with the service again.
