My company labeled vehicle was driven aggressively by your service technician. While I was apologized to, and given a small financial discount, I’m not sure that we can trust our vehicles to be serviced there.
Also, prior to the social media complaint against my company regarding the aggressive driving. I had to call to find out that the day after my car was supposed to be done, the work hadn’t even been started. I feel that’s something I should be contacted about, not me following up to find out why I hadn’t been notified it was ready yet.

Darcy did a fantastic job. The only problem I have is when I scheduled my maintenance, I asked your call center if there was any outstanding maintenance for my Gladiator. They said there wasn't. Darcy took the time to double check and found an outstanding recall as well as additional maintenance that was required. So give Darcy a raise and please train your maintenance call center some training
