My old dealership (fort bend Toyota) did free tire rotations if I bought the tires from them. That’s disappointing you don’t do that.

I had scheduled online, but didn’t get confirmation so I had to call. I requested the shuttle, but when I came in they told me the shuttle driver doesn’t come in until 830a. Got my car in an hour which was good, but wasn’t told the air filters needed to be replaced. Noticed when I got home and called back. Was told they could do it over lunch and it would be $31. Came in and it was done in 15 minutes but the cost was $81. Overall not a great experience.
