The process at Longo takes a very long time. I arrived at 11:03, was checked in at 11:21, and received the oil change/inspection results at 12:45. I got out at 1:50, but I specifically had to ask so my morning appointment didn’t cause me to be late for a 3:00 meeting. My experience is that service is quite, almost prohibitively, slow.
