I've never been treated so nicely as I was that day, made me feel like family. I never experienced that with my Chevrolet dealership (all they saw was dollar signs).

Dakota is an exceptional service provider at Toyota of Prosper. I have bought my first Toyota 30 yrs ago. Since then I drove Célica,Previa,Matrix, Sequía, 4Runner and 4 different Rav4s, my family and friends that I recommended to Toyota bought 7 different ones I am costumer for life but this is the first time in all those years to have a service like Dakota is providing. Absolutely GREAT!!!! Very profesional but at the same time very friendly and always with a big smile. Never annoyed even with constant “wining “. by a customer. Keep him around. He is a great asset to the company.
