We visited the dealer on Saturday without appointment. We explained our concern in regard the vehicle brakes.
Dakota listen to us, vehicle was inspected and repaired. We were noticed of everything as it was happening until the vehicle was ready.

During my 25k service I had the service rep verify my extended service agreement, which he did. When I came in this weekend for my 30k service my rep claimed that he was unable to find the agreement and said I would have to pay for service. I abandoned my lunch plans with my wife so I could go home and search for the documentation to prove I paid for the extended service, which I found. I would have thought the rep would have been more apologetic for his role in the time that was wasted.
