Everyone and everything was awesome except for the car wash. In all honesty, It was a pretty pathetic job. After leaving Longo, I immediately went to the ace wash at Preston and El Dorado and had it redone at my expense. I firmly believe you guys can do better.

Someone had accessed my middle console and left a phone charger connected to the USB port. This apparatus was not previously connected.

Techs never do a thorough check of fluids during the recommended maintenance check (oil change.) I asked that the fluids be topped off during the oil change, in which this is the second time they were reluctant to do so. The service writer had great customer services skills. It’s just don’t translate over to service for something as simple as adding break fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid. I don’t feel comfortable about pre service inspection. If you come for an oil change at Longo that all that will be done. Customers will pay additional service for those minor issues especially fluids. Not pleased once again...
