Glenm was professional and courteous. My vehicle was quickly checked in for servicing and everything was explained, includimg how long it would take. I had a question about a noise my vehicle was making and Glenn explained to me what it was. He made sure I knew where the waiting room was.

When I scheduled the appointment with someone on the telephone earlier in the week I specifically asked for the keyless ignition to be looked at due to issues we were experiencing. When I drop the vehicle off the evening before the service was to be done – I was told they would need both key Fobs to diagnose and repair any issues with the keyless ignition. Since I live 25 miles away – it was not practical for me to return home to get the other key fob. I should have been told at the time the appointment was made that both key Fobs were required. I did tell the person on the phone that I wanted to leave the vehicle all day on Saturday to install any computer updates. When I was told the vehicle oil change was completed Friday evening, I asked if we could bring the other key Fob in and wait for them to diagnose the issue we were concerned with. I was told that would not be possible because they were booked up. This seems to me to be a very poor communication issue in something that should be addressed with your customer service team and service advisors.

Why is an oil change twice the price it was last year?!!! Seems excessive to me, I have never paid $40 for an oil change and will not bring my car back here again if that is what you are going to charge. Give me a break! Oil does not cost that much!

I usually am very pleased with your service.. However, I was a little disappointed this time. The appearance of my tire walls on a couple of tires looked like they went through a hurricane or something. I'm not sure what happened with the tire rotation but They were returned really..dirty and scuffed up. I tried a tire cleaner on them to spruce them up but it did not work on the scuffed areas! Do you have any other ideas that will help return their appearance? Thank you Lori
