An hour and a half for an oil change. My appt was for 1. I had other things i needed to do today that i missed out on because i needed to be there by a certain time and my oil change took AN HOUR AND A HALF. I don't know i've gotten plenty of oil changes and they don't EVER take more then 20/30 min??
