Was kept informed regarding vehicle service by tec and Mr Hogan. I was informed when the vehicle arrived, the name of the tec servicing it and informed when service work was complete. I like the fact that a diagnostic test is performed during each service.
Finally the service manager also communicated the vehicle status, all are very helpful.
