I was sastified with the service provided by the service writer but not by the service provided by this dealer. My car was damaged and the manager Mike treated me horrible worse service experience. I was also required to provided my own method of transportation when the damaged done to my car was done by the dealer never again will I be coming to a place where the customer gets treated like trash. Hope they do something about the manager mike and the general manager who refused to speak to me.

Making an appointment was easy however, this was my second visiting at the dealership.
First visitation was to fix the trunk latch. The service tech did fix the latch but left mis-aligned the trunk.
So, second time came to get it fixed but it failed to fix the alignment.
I did have a car accident before however, it was not mis-aligned when I brought my car at the first time.
I wish service tech could of done better job.
