Sam was amazingly patient and understanding throughout the entire repair process of my car. He shows loyalty to his customers, honors his word, and isn’t satisfied until the customer is happy - qualities of a great manager. This was the first time I’ve ever had an OEM dealership work on one of my cars, and although I initially came in with an apprehensive attitude, my experience at Hyundai Carson definitely changed my perspective. I’d definitely take my car in for service again, as long as Sam is in charge.
